On 14th June 2019 We had our IPSSD Examinations’ Awarding Ceremony at our school’s main hall. Headed by Madam Madavi Bandara, the executive Director of IPSSD. We take this opportunity to thanks all students, parents, staff , UIS Management and the IPSSD team.
Our school’s Buddhist Committee have organized to have a Buddhist Sermon to commemorate Wesak and Poson as we do in every year.
On 28th May 2019, our students lead a cleaning campaign on besides of Ratnapura Main Road with the assistance and guidance of Balangoda Urban Council and Medical Office. PHI Mr. B.L.K.L. Kumarasinghe , Environment Police and their team helped a lot. We thank Balangoda Urban Council and the Medical Office for giving us an opportunity for our students to learn their obligation on keep clean the environment… Also we thank our students and the teachers who come forward to help as volunteers.
